#Garowe: Puntland Interior Ministry and Kaalo Aid and Development have successfully concluded a three-day meeting held in Garowe between 17 – 19 of December.

The Meeting aimed to provide training and facilitate a dialogue between the Ministries and Local Governments of Puntland, and discussed issues of Decentralization, especially in Fiscal decentralization, Service delivery, Accountability, and Empowerment of local governments.

The conference’s closing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Interior and the 36 District Governors elected in the local council elections and service delivery ministries of the Puntland government.
