#Garowe: Puntland Ministry of Interior and Kaalo Aid and Development launched a Training and development program on the decentralization of financial management and service delivery for Local governments in Puntland.
The meeting was attended by the Puntland Vice President, Interior Minister, the 36 District Governors selected in the local council elections, and also Puntland Service Delivery Ministries.
This conference will last for three days and will discuss the financial management activities of local governments in Puntland.
